The product was amazing. i ordered It on December 3rd, It arrived on the 7th, even with a weather delay for a WHOLE DAY! i needed It right away, to prepare for my break between college semesters, so getting It on time was an absolute miracle. the weather delay freaked me out!!! It arrived in a double-boxed packaging with those plastic bags of air in the outer layer of boxing to help with protecting the product or whatever. It came with the Laptop at 50% battery, and a charging cord. i was able to plug Up to charge right away, so i went ahead and powered It on. It took a bit to figure out where the power button was, lol. But!! It's on the right front side of the base, along with volume control (which is Awesome for tablet-use!!!). within 10 minutes, i was able to dig in. Start-up was quick, It only took about 5 minutes, probably less if i hadn't had issues with my Personal internet (no fault of the computer), to get the time, date, region, language, etc, then the other 5 for updates, etc.
As soon as i booted up, i connected the computer to my phone through the your phone app. It needed an update, which only took 1 minute or so. i started receiving messages right away through my computer! an Awesome feature! Typing is fast, internet access is fast, i love it.
NOW ONTO my FAVORITE THING!!!!
The 2-in-1!!!!! Okay. so you Can bend back the screen so the tablet is flat. the screen Can rotate to help you figure out how you want your tablet to set up. the power button and volume buttons are Easy access. the strong, durable hinge works for a Great stand if you want to watch youtube!!! Windows came with a 'Paint 3D' app that i have been loving!!! I've played with the Touchscreen for about 5 hours now, and i don't even know where to begin. the tapping is precise, and I'm definitely going to be getting a stylus if i Can find one compatible.
From previous reviews and youtube comments, i wasn't expecting much from this laptop. Everyone said that It was 'slow right out of the box', 'took forever to load', etc ,etc. i have no idea who they're kidding. Maybe i just got lucky. I'm coming from a 2016 MacBook Air, and this is absolutely everything i could have hoped for. the color is bright red, i love it, It's so noticeable and so vibrant. a beautiful, intelligent Computer, and i can't wait to use It for college. Switching back to Windows will be tricky, but I'm very glad to have this computer to do It with.
My highschool had a Dell Chromebook, and i knew that i didn't want to go back to Chromebook, so i decided to buy this Windows version, and i seriously couldn't be happier. What an amazing Computer, at an affordable price! It's definitely worth the money. if i find any complaints, I'll let y'all know, but for now, this is definitely the best 350$ I've spent in a long time!
